Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been produced.

Please carefully review all product details, sizing information and personalization proofs (including spelling and wording), before ordering or approving.

I am committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered. If an error is made on my part I will gladly make it right.

In these rare circumstances, I will replace the item or issue a refund, at your preference.
