Shipping & Processing

All orders are handmade and, when applicable, personalized with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking is included at no additional charge once your order has shipped.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We use flat-rate shipping to keep checkout simple and transparent while covering packaging, materials, and postage. Shipping charges are based on the order total before sales tax and apply to a single shipping address:

• $5 for orders up to $22
• $8 for orders $22.01–$50
• $15 for orders $50.01–$100
• $20 for orders $100.01–$500

Delivery Timing

While we ship orders as promptly as possible, delivery dates and transit times cannot be guaranteed. Once your package has been received by the postal carrier or UPS, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your order is for a gift or needed by a certain date, we recommend placing your order early to allow ample time for personalization, processing, and shipping.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
