If you order a Personalized or New Design, you will receive a mock-up to review & approve within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Once approval has been made it will go into production & no additional changes can be made. I will have it ready to ship or pick-up locally from me at my home in Salina, KS within 5-7 business days.
